Puppies
Purchase price for a puppy is $2,600.00. Once payment is received, fill out information form on contact page to receive your contract.
You can make a deposit of $500.00, or pay in full if you'd like, but a minimum of a $500 deposit is required to hold a puppy for you.
I've been involved in the dog world for many years now and have seen many breeders and trainers come and go. I had bought a couple of German Shepherds over the years, unfortunately one had serious temperament issues and the other one had to be euthanized at only 7 years old due to degenerative myleopathy. I swore I'd never get another German Shepherd because they can be prone to so many problems. I became a mother and began to think about getting a big dog for my son as I wanted a dog that could go out and watch over him when he wanted to play. A best friend and protector. After considering several breeds, I pretty much decided a GOOD German Shepherd was the only way to go. I had heard about Bob Conklin and Hudson Valley K9 Academy for years but I had never heard anything bad about him which is practically unheard of in the dog world. I contacted Bob and went over to look at his dogs and talk to him. I was hooked the minute I met his dogs. I immediately put a deposit down on a not yet born puppy and it was the best decision I could have made. Brody is now over 2 years old and is my son's best friend and protector. He's healthy, happy and gorgeous. I can let Todd go out and play and I know nothing will happen with Brody around. Thank you Bob!
